Fight Club bastardized by PS2

As I was searching for screen shots and dialogue snippets of possibly the best film ever created (*ahem* Fight Club), I came across an apalling (albeit really delayed) discovery.
The film and book which I so worship has been reduced into a PS2 title.
While I have no problems with Chuck Palahniuk raking in more money because of royalties, I am extremely annoyed that his highly philosophical work has been dumbed down and simplified to mindless, fist-pounding action.
That, and the graphics look really bad too. I mean, come-on. If you’re going to sell out Chuck, sell out to a good company. One that will do justice to the cinematographers who painstakingly and fabulously brought your book to life. You owe us that much.
